WARRANTY POLICY OF OUR COMPANY

Han Viet Co., Ltd. Rubber pledge with customers about product warranty as follows:

1. Warranty the rubber wrap within 06 months from the date of delivery to the customer (due to the manufacturer's fault): Warranty of the rubber wrap part off the iron shaft.

2. If the batch is broken within the warranty period, the customer must immediately notify us in writing, the latest case of the customer is only allowed to complain to us within 05 days (including holidays). and Sunday) from the end of the warranty period. Past this time limit, we are not responsible for settlement.
